By accessing or using talent.camonk.com ("Site") operated by CA Monk ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

CA Monk provides recruitment and talent acquisition services, including:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for finance and related roles
• Presenting curated candidate profiles to employers
• Coordinating interviews and hiring processes
• Advisory services related to talent acquisition

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not misrepresent your identity or company
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information shared with you

4. Fees and Payment

• Our fee structure will be communicated separately via service agreement
• Fees are typically charged upon successful placement
• Payment terms are as specified in individual client agreements
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Candidate Information

• Candidate profiles shared are confidential and for your evaluation only
• You may not share candidate information with third parties without consent
• You may not contact candidates through channels other than CA Monk during the engagement period
• If you hire a candidate introduced by us, our placement fee applies

6. Replacement Guarantee

We offer a replacement guarantee as specified in individual client agreements. Terms and duration of the guarantee will be communicated at the time of engagement. The guarantee is subject to timely payment of placement fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by CA Monk or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee that any candidate will meet your expectations
• We are not liable for a candidate's performance after placement
• Information provided by candidates is verified to the best of our ability but not guaranteed
• The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CA Monk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CA Monk, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
