1. Acceptance

By using our websites or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Where you have a signed agreement or proposal with us, it takes precedence over these Terms. If you use our services for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Recruitment services for employers

Fees, payment terms, replacement terms and the period during which an introduction remains valid are set out in the agreement or proposal you accept. Hiring a candidate we introduced, for any role, within that period makes the fee payable. Timelines we publish are typical, not guaranteed. You will use candidate information only to consider candidates for employment and keep it confidential.

3. For candidates

• We do not charge candidates for putting them forward for a job.
• Keep the information you give us accurate. We may verify qualifications and employment history.
• We cannot guarantee interviews or offers; employers make hiring decisions.
• You can ask us at any time to stop putting you forward for roles.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account, company, billing and GST details.
• Keep login links, codes and account access confidential.
• Use candidate data only for lawful hiring purposes.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attempt unauthorised access to our services.

5. Using our hiring software

Employers are responsible for the candidate data they upload or collect through our software, including having the notices and consents the law requires. Automated scores, summaries and recommendations support human decisions; they do not replace them and are not guarantees of candidate quality.

6. Payments and taxes

Software plans and credits are billed through our payment provider. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; invoices include GST where applicable. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Free templates and content

Templates, reports and other content we publish are for general reference, not legal, tax or HR advice. You may use and adapt our templates within your own organisation, but not resell them.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

9. Intellectual property

CA Monk owns its websites, software, methods and content. You keep ownership of your company and candidate data, and give us the rights we need to provide our services.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, CA Monk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Gondia, Maharashtra, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
