Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers subscriptions and credits for our hiring software. Fees for recruitment services, including any replacement terms, follow the agreement or proposal you accept. CA Monk is a brand of Scoopl Ventures Private Limited.

1. Subscription cancellation

You can request cancellation from the billing page or by contacting support. When a subscription is cancelled, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for abuse, non-payment, or legal reasons.

2. Refunds

Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, subscription charges and credit top-ups are non-refundable after payment confirmation. We may review duplicate payments, billing errors, or failed provisioning on a case-by-case basis.

3. AI credits

Credits are consumed when an AI feature is used. Consumed credits are not refundable or restorable unless CA Monk confirms a platform-side error.

4. Renewals and failed payments

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle. If renewal payment fails, the account may enter a pending or halted state and plan access may be limited until payment is restored.
